Mango Program partners with Rotary Club to offer family activities.
MIRAMICHI – The Rotary Club of Newcastle announced today that the Miramichi Mango Team has partnered with them to organize the family activities that will take place during the festival. The central location for these activities will be behind the Kin Center (old town hall) on Ledden Street.
A variety of activities are planned including: Family fitness classes, Jumping Castles, a magic show, water walkers, obstacle course, amazing race activity, face painting, stories, crafts and more. These activities are made possible with the support of community partners such as Tim Hortons, Carrefour Beausoleil, Big Brothers – Big Sisters, The Point Church, the Newcastle Public Library and Camp Sheldrake.
SpringFest activities include the Rib Fest with professional ribbers from the Toronto area, human foosball, washer toss ($1000 first prize), children’s activities, the community worship service, constant entertainment, and more. The festival runs from May 22 – 24, so be sure to Save The Date!
